Working with Lukas was a 10/10 experience! This was my first home purchase and he offered me all the programs, resources, and possible grants to help me feel comfortable with my down payment and monthly mortgage. Being under contract for 4.5 months was not an easy situation due to external factors (lenders, HOA, Fannie Mae, etc.), but Lukas fought for me and this property all the way to the end. I love my new condo and could not have asked for a better realtor to have by my side! :)

I wish I could leave less than 1 star. This agent is just lazy plain and simple!! He left his supra box on our property because it was jammed and he didn't want to remove it himself. Our agent called/texted him for months after we closed on the house and it's still there! Unbelievable. Another few things to note: this realtor left the home as active on MLS despite us being under contract for weeks. This is very shady. Also, this guy didn't do his due diligence with his seller and we almost couldn't close because he never properly validated the seller's ownership of the property as it was held in an LLC without proper paperwork signifying the real owner of the home. Thankfully our closing attorney figured this out and had the selling party come up with the proper paperwork to allow us to close on time. We had to completely bypass Lukas as he not only didn't try to help solve this issue but wouldn't even return phone calls!! After all of this, he didn't even show up at closing to apologize for his lack of communication and due diligence. Wow.
